Masters, agents, and owners of visiting ships and aircraft must comply with customs laws on arrival, stores, spares, crew, and cargo, and coordinate with port and aviation authorities as required.
Submit the appropriate declarations (e.g. general declaration, store list, crew and passenger list) in the time and format set by the NCS and other agencies, and do not disembark or load restricted items without clearance.
Ships’ stores, bunkers, and spare parts are subject to customs control. Offloads, resupply, and disposal must be declared and may attract duty or formalities as provided by the regulations in force.
